We are located in Lavonia, Georgia, but will service outside areas. Free delivery and set up is available to locations within 40 miles of Lavonia, Georgia. A mileage fee of $1.50 per mile may apply to locations over 40 miles of Lavonia, Georgia.

Yes. This is available for your viewing under the Customer Service tab. Please be advised that the contract must be signed by both parties before services are rendered for rental parties. You can find the link to our contract under the "Customer Service" tab labeled "BTWR Contract". This mandatory contract must be filled out and emailed to us prior to placing your order. Once filled out email the signed copies to bouncethiswayrentals@outlook.com

A Down-payment of 25% is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event. If the event is booked in less than 2 weeks, the full balance is then due to secure the date.

Yes, all orders require a 25% Down-payment. This Down-payment is non- refundable as it is used to secure your time slot and prevents others from being able to book. Customized items require a payment that is paid in full.

Please note that once the contract is signed, and your event date has been scheduled then all other clients have been turned down for hire and on your event date we only perform special services to you, so the 25% (twenty-five percent) deposit is non-refundable and all other payments are non-refundable in time 1 week before your event. All services can be canceled if received in writing via email no later than 2 (two) weeks before the event. Your credit deposit will still be kept if the event is postponed and you will not be required to pay the remainder of your bill, unless you make a special booking designed specifically for your event. In such a case, you will be contractually bound to pay the balance due in the account.
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete along with any indoor. Sorry, we can not set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl.
We love setting up at parks but some parks don't have electricity nor do they allow bounce houses. We ask that you call the park and find this out before booking. In the event that their answer is no, we do offer our Tiny Tots Package for ages 0-5. Also, parks are usually first come, first serve so we advise booking a reservation with the park or scheduling your event earlier in the day.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our rentals. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damages occur due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence, you will be held fully responsible. You will be billed a extensive cleaning fee of up to $250 &/or item(s) replacement cost. We don't want you or us to be in this situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
